The IDI Group Companies (IDI), in a joint venture with Boosalis Properties, is developing Riverside Station, a high-quality, urban, mixed-use community serving as the signature gateway development in North Woodbridge, Va. The project is located on approximately 19.2 acres fronting US Route 1, Route 123, and Occoquan and Horner Roads. Riverside Station is directly across US Route 1 from the Woodbridge VRE Station, and enjoys easy access to I-95 via US Route 1 and Route 123.
Plans for three (3) mixed-use buildings, three (3) commercial buildings, 930 multifamily residential units and 145,000+ square feet of retail, including grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and day care. Multiple pocket parks, a central plaza and spacious sidewalks that allow for outdoor dining will create a pedestrian-friendly environment to residents and members of the greater Woodbridge community. Each of the mixed-use buildings will provide a full range of recreational and social amenities, including outdoor pools with sundecks, health and fitness centers, club lounges and elevated garden terraces.
Delivery of the first phase is anticipated in mid-2025.
